About Us

FOR YEARS, CHOCOLATE HAS NOT BEEN TREATED FAIRLY.

BUT THESE TIMES ARE OVER!

Is chocolate fattening? I protest!

If eaten in moderate doses and in a balanced diet, chocolate does not fatten.

Diabetes? Acne? Cavities? Hyperactivity? All false allegations!

Chocolate is rich in nutrients such as avonoids, an antioxidant that you can also find in spinach or broccoli, if you prefer, of course.

Does chocolate cause chocoholism? I confess!

The fault lies in the endorphins that are released in the brain, as the chocolate melts in your mouth.

The feeling of satisfaction, good mood and even the reduction of pain are responsible for the desire to eat "just a little more."

Case closed! You are free to savor Not Guilty without guilt.

LEARN HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE

1. Nuts Are Selected.

We are Not Guilty and we want to remain Not Guilty, so we don't have any nuts that aren't recommendable around here. You can take them home safely, we guarantee that they are all good guys, all reliable and of the highest quality.

2. Nuts Are Roasted.

Nuts adore the heat and ours, of course, have an excellent oven at their disposal. Roasted at the ideal temperature and for just the right amount of time, the result is a color that could envy any tropical tan and, most of all, a really delicious flavor.

3. Nuts Are Ground.

Relax, you don't have to call Nuts Protection Services. We guarantee that no fruit is mistreated during the production process. Our nuts are carefully ground. It's almost like a spa, but one that leaves the finished product with the perfect texture.

4. Butter Is Packed.

Yes, at this stage of the process our nut friend has already become the delicious butter that has raptured hearts and palates. Now all that's left is to pack everything in a jar and tag it with a neat label. And that's it.

But what about the chocolates?
Excellent question. Our chocolates have just two more steps

1. Add the Chocolate Base to Nuts.

More technically, we would say that we will mix the paste with the cocoa butter and the nuts. And do you know who gets left out? White sugar. Yes, that's right, we think we're too good to get mixed up with that kind of sugar. Who can blame us?

2. Mold it into Bites, Snacks or Bars.

And then pack everything up, of course.
